| Class Descriptions |
| |
| All classes are on a drop-in basis,
except kids/teens, mom/child, advanced classes and prenatal
classes. Classes are based on Vishwa Yoga, meaning universal
union. Vishwa Yoga works to harmonize the physical,
mental, and spiritual levels to increase balance, strength,
flexibility, health, energy, and happiness. |
| |
Basic

Vishwa Yoga, or those who want to cultivate a more gentle
practice will love this class. Positions are explained
along with precautions and benefits. |

The class is suited to all levels and is a carefully
designed sequence of poses, breathing, and meditation

to the level of the class. The class demands focus and
generates mental balance, energy, strength, and flexibility.
|
| |
